Customer must have active debit/ATM Card, Valid E-mail ID, Valid Mobile Number, Customer ID and 13 Digit Account Number.
Here are the following steps, customer need to follow to register for Net Banking:

- Now scroll down and click on “Online Net Banking User Creation” button.
- Click on “Agree” button
- Now you will see “Registration of Internet Banking” Page.
- Enter Saving Account Number, ATM cum Debit Card Number, Registered Mobile Number and Customer ID. If you don’t have your Customer ID then you can put one of last 5 debit or credit card transaction details.
- Click on “I Agree.”
- Now You will receive OTP on your registered mobile number.
- Enter that OTP and click on Continue.

Canara Bank Net Banking Online Active
You need to go Canara Bank branch ( where your bank account is associated). Now, you have to fill a form for online net banking services and submit to Bank Branch. Canara Bank will send User ID and Password onto your communication address with 5-7 days via registered post. After getting User ID and Password, you have to activate that user Id for net banking. It will take near about 1 day to unblock your User ID.

My customer id is locked
By net banking,, customer id is not reactivating
The Canara Bank that is merged with Syndicate bank has entered the incorrect date of birth. They have not been updated correctly in the records. When the account gets locked it is very difficult to unlock the account without the date of birth. Seems to be a difficult procedure for customers.
I am using Net Banking in Canarabank ,,, while login through can digit Desktop application it says “No user exists error 101” ,,,,,
